As managing director and a shareholder of Travel Motives and with many years’ experience within the travel and tourism sector, Eleanor is an integral part of ‘who’ and ‘what’ Travel Motives has become. She has extensive industry knowledge, a loyal clientele and maintains a tight control over the daily running of the business.
Robert Phillips
As founder and operations director, Robert has nurtured the growth of Travel Motives from its humble beginnings in 1996 to the company it is today. His creative, innovative and focused approach has gained him both respect and admiration from clients and industry peers alike.
